My Erasmus experience
My last Erasmus+ project event was a trip to Romania. We were there for 5 days! The first day was very tiring. First, we had to go by bus to Warsaw’s Chopin airport, it was a three - hour ride there! When we arrived in Romania some people and I were excited because I rarely stay at the hotel. Bukarest is a beautiful city. The Palace of Parliament is huge and it blew my mind because it is the most expensive building in the world. I loved the stay in Targu Jiu. People are very friendly and helpful they showed us around. I enjoyed the reading workshops, especially the theatre play performed by the Romanian team. It was fun. I visited many museums and art galleries.
Im a big fan of art and I learned about Romanian painters and other artists. I made friends with a dinosaur. He wasn’t very talkative but he was eager to take a selfie with me J.
It was a great experience. I love Erasmus+ projects.
The next day we went to a meeting where the whole plan, rules and gifts were given out and 2 songs were presented, then we visited the school in Omi, then we went by bus to a restaurant where we ate and danced. Then we went to the top of the mountain to see the views, then we went to Poljica and found out how people lived in that area.
The next day we went by bus to Split, where we visited the castle and a piece of the city, then we had free time to eat and shop. When we returned to the hotel there were presentations made by children about different countries.

On a trip to Romania from the Erasmus+ project. There were a lot of interesting things and thanks to that I got to know Romanian culture and customs and learned more words in English.
We visited the various museums that were very interesting, we also visited the Romanian Parliament which had many interesting and beautiful halls, we also had lunch there. In one of the places there was a lady who talked about the symbolic Romanian symbols on the plates that she painted by hand with various small details, these plates were really interesting and well-made, and then there was a workshop where we painted the plates. We got a small piece of paper with various Romanian symbols that we could use in painting a plate. Painting them gave me a lot of fun and thanks to that I got to know Romanian symbols and what they mean. We were also in a huge cave in which there were lots of bats and when you came out of the cave it was a beautiful view of the mountains. At the end of the trip we had a small farewell party where I learned various Romanian dances. I think it was great.

I've never really been to Eastern Europe, so out of curiosity I went to a country I didn't know much about. It was a great experience for me to fly for the first time. The whole check-in at the airport and meeting other foreigners was impressive. After arriving in the capital of Romania, Bucharest, we took a bus to the hotel. It was a beautiful facility. from the window Romanians are a Roman nation, so they have a culinary tradition; although not like ours, but we can successfully find ourselves in it. From my room there was a view of the park and another very nice building. Later we went to the exchange office and the store together and bought the most necessary groceries. After exploring the city, we arrived at the restaurant. We ate local food there. After eating, we returned to our hotel. The next morning, together with other groups, we went to the Romanian Parliament. We could see the beautifully decorated interior and hear the story told by the guide. We also had dinner at the parliament which was very good. Right after eating our meal, we left for our final destination, Târgu Jiu. On the way we visited an inverted house and a colorful forest. It was a very interesting experience. In Targu Jiu we found a new hotel. We unpacked our luggage again, and went to a nearby store. After returning to the hotel, we all went to sleep exhausted. The next day, together with people from other countries, we went to the city for workshops that took place in the local library. Right after that we went to the art museum and then to the animal museum, it was very interesting there. After sightseeing, we went to a restaurant where we ate pizza together. The next morning we went to the "Women's Cave" and we could see lots of bats there. It was the first time I could experience something like this. Then we went to a workshop where the lady told us about Romanian folk culture, and then we painted plates with folk patterns. After finishing, we went back to the hotel and had a break and time for ourselves. After a few hours there was a farewell dinner, we could eat delicious food there and we received certificates.
