Μία από τις πιο παλιές παροιμίες λέει: «Μία εικόνα , χίλιες λέξεις», και στην εποχή μας, μάλιστα, ένα βίντεο πόσες, άραγε, λέξεις;

Η ιδέα γεννήθηκε καθώς εξετάζαμε δορυφορικές εικόνες καταστροφών του πολέμου, στα πλαίσια του ευρωπαϊκού σχεδίου Erasmus+ “ Earth Observation For Education” .

Αναζητήσαμε στη βιβλιοθήκη μας λογοτεχνικά βιβλία που μιλούν για τον πόλεμο και την Ειρήνη, στα πλαίσια του ευρωπαϊκού σχεδίου Erasmus+ “Language, Learning via Literature”.

Επιστρατεύσαμε σεναριογράφο και σκηνοθέτη, κάμερα μαν, άνθρωπο για το μοντάζ (όλοι εκπαιδευτικοί του σχολείου μας) διαλέξαμε και ταλαντούχους μαθητές και το αποτέλεσμα αυτό που βλέπετε.

Αν αισθανθείτε συγκίνηση, πετύχαμε εν μέρει το σκοπό μας.

Αν αισθανθείτε μια σουβλιά στο στομάχι, μη φοβάστε, είναι για καλό …

Ο σκοπός πέτυχε, απόλυτα. Βρισκόμαστε όλοι απ’ το ίδιο μετερίζι, αυτό που επιλέγουν τα παιδιά, το μετερίζι της Ειρήνης.

One of the oldest proverbs says: «A picture, a thousand words», and in our time, indeed, a video how many words?

The idea was born while we were examining satellite images of war disasters, within the European Erasmus+ project «Earth Observation For Education».

We searched our library for literary books that talk about war and peace, within the framework of the Erasmus+ European project «Language, Learning via Literature».

We recruited a screenwriter and director, cameraman, editor (all teachers of our school) and selected talented students and the result is what you see.

If you feel emotion, we have partially achieved our goal.

If you feel a pain in your stomach, don’t be afraid, it’s for good…

The purpose succeeded, absolutely. We are all on the same side, the one the children choose, the side of Peace.
